Editing Faculty Sites

Finding your site.

Your site is listed as http://faculty.engineering.ucdavis.edu/<LastName>
If your name was already in use your first name initial and last name will be used.

You can always locate your site from the directory at http://Faculty.engineering.ucdavis.edu.  You will be listed under your department.

Login on to your Faculty WordPress Site

http://faculty.engineering.ucdavis.edu/wp-login.php

http://faculty.engineering.ucdavis.edu/<your-name>/wp-login.php

You will be prompted for your CAS login.

You will be directed to the  Dashboard

Editing

Go to the page you would like to edit.  In the top Admin  menu.  Select “Edit Page”.

The page will open in a simple editor

update

To save all changes click “Update” on the right.  If you do not click “update” after editing, your changes will not be saved.

Select “view page” to see your changes.
