Tier 2 and Vacation Backup Support

College of Engineering IT Shared Services will do their best to provide backup to the departmental IT technicians.  When a departmental technician gets stuck on a problem, runs out of resources, or is taking vacation and has no departmental backup, ITSS will make a best effort attempt to assist with emergency needs.  Please continue to use the support email and ITSS will monitor the email queue while your technician is on vacation for emergency needs.
