Service-Now IT Service Management System

All support ticket management is done through the cloud-based solution Service-Now.  The College of Engineering went live with this new application for all departments in February 2013.  Additional campus units are adopting this solution and in the next couple of years this will be the campus-wide solution for IT Service Management.  The initiatives page describing our additional work with the application can be found here.
